Ordering

a) Internet:-

Ordering over the Internet enables customers to access real time information and pricing of the entire product range,

it also allows you to view your order history, create regularly ordered favourites and many other features to save time.

i. All online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods for the agreed online prices.

ii. You accept that any delivery charges if applicable will be included with your online purchase order. Refer to delivery charges.

iii. We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

b) If you purchase a product from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you.

You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Methods of Payment

For ordering online we accept the following methods of payment: VIA Paypal which you can use credit card payments too.

If you are registered we can accept cash or portable efpos.

We do not store any credit card details.

Refunds

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:

* are or become faulty through no fault of your own.

* are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known via the internet to the staff.

* don’t match the description .

* are contaminated or have defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention.

However, Pizza Nelson's Pizza must be made aware of any transgression within a reasonable period,

On the day/night. You may be asked for proof of purchase and may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not of your making.

eg(return problem item at your expense).

Delivery service is not a free service please remember.

If you prefer an alternative to a refund,

the Pizza Nelson's Pizza can arrange for goods to be exchanged or replaced in store.

A store credit may only be offered at their discretion. Please choose carefully,

as you are NOT entitled to a refund for simply changing your mind.

Order Process

a) Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra delivery charges will be added to your order.

b) Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within the specified delivery time and dispatched or collected by you unless otherwise advised.

c) Customers will electronically receive an order of confirmation

Delivery

a) Pizza Nelson's Pizza is responsible for delivery ensuring your products are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner.

All orders are securely packaged so all products should arrive as they left.

If you have any delivery queries, please direct them immediately to Pizza Nelsons Pizza. b) Documentation:- An itemized Tax Invoice containing a description of goods purchased together with any delivery charges accompanies all orders.

You must ask for it if required. c) Delivery are not free so as with any delivery service you will be charged if you need your faulty product pickup and redelivered .

d) Final Delivery:- All orders both domestic and commercial will only be delivered to residential or business addresses.

Deliveries to apartments must be received by the apartment resident and cannot be left with other parties or in the common areas of the building.

Caravan parks, Recreation place,Hospitals,Concerts,

Hotel and Motel at reception or Outside preferability.

Returns

please in the first instance, deal directly with Pizza Nelson's Pizza to satisfy your grievance."
